Batching Group

The FBF ITALIA batching groups are composed by two or more positive displacement piston pumps (the final number of pumps depends on the quantity of product to be batched) equipped with the frequency converters for controlling and regulating the requested capacity. The FBF Italia batching groups, unlike others machines available in the market, are not sensible to mass and viscosity variations of the treated product and since they are specially constructed for the type of product treated the result are always excellent.

Optional equipment: product static mixer, homogenizing or smoothing heads, alarm constant pressure gauge.
