WCB Ice Cream´s Multi-Lane Wrapping systems are widely used for
wrapping ice cream, chocolate, confectionery and bakery
products.
Combining high capacities with gentle handling, the systems also
offer maximum reliability because of the low operating speed on
each individual lane.
Standard versions are available in 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 or 12 lanes,
with either 120mm or 200mm wide-lane pitch. "Pillow-style" packs
are produced using either cold or heat seal wrapping material,
with print registration and adjustable package length.
Capacity:
Maximum cycle speed 100 cuts/minute.
For ice cream products, speed is typically 50-60 cuts/minute.
