Model 702-5G Automatic (3 to 5 gallon Filler)
This filling solution, utilizing the container as the measuring device, was pioneered by the founder of T.D. Sawvel. Bearing the trademark 'BOTTOM-UP®', this proprietary process allows the container to be filled from the bottom to the top, eliminating air gaps in the product. Each container is filled to the exact same volume. Most machines equipped with this fill system also feature continuous product flow.

Products: Ice cream, whipped butter, frozen yogurt or similar viscous product that does not seek their own level and can be supplied continuously.

Time Fillers

Model 135-TF/ Model 700-1 / Model 111R

Time fillers are a stand-out solution for small container filling. Sometimes referred to as pressure filling, time fillers cycle continuously in an exact repeatable sequence. The fill valve open time varies with the cycle speed, allowing operators to adjust the cycle speed to match the output of product supply.

T.D.Sawvel has designed reliability and flexibility into its new Model 111R compact rotary filler. The 111R denests, fills, seals and lids containers from 3 to 32oz at speeds up to 70 containers per minute. The 24" square main fram houses a Camco® precision indexer with variable speed ac inverter driver and features mechanical operation for the container "discharge lift" and "sweep off" ensuring smooth, reliable operation at all speeds. Easily convert the machine from one size container to another with change parts for plastic or paper packaging.

Choice of Fill Systems: Time Fill, Volumetric Piston Fill or Volumetric Dry Ingredient Fill - allow the 111R.

Products: Ice cream, whipped butter, frozen yogurt, cottage cheese, salads, small hard candies or any products that can be supplied continuously, but filled intermitently.

Options:

• Tamper evident mylar or foil sealing.
• Change parts for different cup sizes.
• Lift elevator or cup spinner at fill station.

Piston Fillers

Model 704-PF/Model 133 DP

Often referred to as volumetric fill, piston fillers draw product from a hopper into a cylinder using a piston. The stroke of the piston is adjustable to achieve the exact portion desired. Available individually or integrated with a fully automatic filler, the piston filler allows the operator infinite volume adjustment to achieve exact weights, dependent on the product or cup size being filled.

Products:Ice cream, frozen yogurt, whipped butter or similar product that does not seek its own level and can be supplied continuously.

Container Sizes: 2 ounces to 5 gallon

Piston Filler Sizes: 2 ounces to 190 ounces (single stroke)

Scale Fillers

Model 113

For products that seek their own level, we use the latest digital controlled scales with high sample rates and our fast fill/slow fill system to achieve the most accurate weights possible for products supplied continuously. Both top fill and subsurface fill available in semiautomatic and fully automatic machines.

Products: Liquids and products which seek their own level, such as fruit flavorings, oils, processed eggs and sauces.
