Self contained freon refrigeration unit with full flooded system
or with thermostatic expansion valve, or system to be connected
to freon or NH3 central refrigeration plant.
Chrome plated nickel cylinder, polished to mirror finish.
Mix pump: rotary type powered with variable speed motor drive.
All AISI 304 stainless steel frame with sliding doors.

- Automatic cylinder pressure control (requires two
pumps).
- Air mass flow meter for automatic overrun control.
- Automatic ice cream viscosity control.
- Dasher speed regulator.
- Mix flow regulation by magnetic flow meter.
