WK - 01 Fully-automatic kit

Includes the hardware and software for an up to- date operation of a freezer, all preassembled in an electric cabinet easy to install on an existing freezer.

WK-02 Pumpdrive kit, WS style

For easy installation of pump drive on all existing freezers, including VF drive on motors. Can be combined with automation kits from WCB Ice Cream to upgrade your freezer.

WK-03Motor drawer kit

To replace hydraulic drive on Crepaco W freezers.
Includes motors with VF drive.

WK-04/05 WCB CIP-pump

Rotors run with close tolerances but do not touch adjacent surfaces. Rotor system eliminates the high cost of regular replacement of wearing parts. Use of exclusive Waukesha "88" alloy prevents galling should contact occur. The close tolerances combined with rotor geometry provides efficient flow control when used with a mix flow meter.

WK-06/07 WCB complete pump

For easy installation of WCB pump and drive on all existing freezers, includes pump console and electric motor with VF drive.

For automatic freezers a mix flow meter is necessary to control the PLC.

WK-08 EXOR touch-screen

To replace XYCOM operator display on APV WS freezers. Includes: 12.1” touchscreen with adaptor plate to fit in the existing cabinet, a complete Siemens S7 PLC to replace the S5 PLC, and the latest version of operator and PLC programs.
