The Versa-Pak Single-lane Wrapper is an in-line wrapping system that can be connected to molded stick novelty equipment, or a Glacier line with multi-lane product handling system (MLPH).

Suitable for hot seal, cold seal, picture-in-place wrapping material, or any other wrapping material.

Capacity:

From 3,000 and up to 12,000 products/hour.

Wrapping of a large variety of ice cream:

• Suitable for hot and cold seal, and all wrapping materials.

• Individual molds have capacities of up to 3,000, 6,000, 8,000 and 12,000 products per hour.
• Wrap cut-off length can be adjusted during production.
• Stainless steel sanitary constructed product receiving station and pocket conveyor system for simple and automatic transfer from any bar freezer into the Versa-Pak wrapper.
• A picture-in-place system is provided to work in conjunction with wrapping materials designed for photocell registration.
• Reliable performance in ice cream and dairy type environment.
• Optional: adjustable folding box allows snug wrapping of products having different sizes.
